This rejuvenating and stimulating treatment relies on your body’s ability to produce these hydrating skin molecules. Treatment results seen 6 weeks post your second treatment.

Why collagen & elastin is important?
Collagen and Elastin are two essential proteins found in the skin that provide structure, elasticity and strength throughout its matrix. These skin building blocks keep the skin looking firm, smooth, hydrated and youthful.
As we age, collagen & elastin production slows down, resulting in moisture loss, wrinkle formation and a loss of glow to the skin. With skin bio-remodelling, we are stimulating your natural skin cells, to boost and preserve its firmness, elasticity, function and youthfulness.
FAQ
Am I good candidate for this treatment?
Everyone can benefit from skin bio-remodelling as it stimulates collagen and elastin production in the skin. This improves the overall health of the skin and gives it a hydrated, healthy glow.
What can I expect from this treatment?
Immediately after treatment, expect 10x 1cm sized welt looking bumps on your skin. This can take 48-72 hours to subside. Redness and tenderness may be experienced. Due to the honey-like texture of the product, it will spread throughout the entire lower face where benefits will be seen and felt.
How is Skin bio-remodelling different to dermal filler?
Both treatments are primarily made up of hyaluronic acid to improve features of the face in different ways. Skin bio-remodelling hyaluronic acid is of a different consistency to dermal filler hyaluronic acid. Skin bio-remodelling has a similar texture to honey and has more spreadability. A substance of honey consistency cannot alter the shape of the face or create volume as it is much thinner. Instead, it spreads throughout the skin to mainly hydrate, tighten and firm the skin. Skin bio-remodelling works in the dermal layer to stimulate collagen and elastin, therefore increasing skin cell regeneration. Dermal filler has a similar consistency to hair gel which can hold its shape more. Thereby providing more volume to the area placed in the face.
Can I receive both dermal filler and skin bio-remodelling treatments?
Yes, however treatments may have to be 2-4 weeks apart depending on the area dermal filler was placed
How do I book in for bio-remodelling?
Choose bio-remodelling drop down box on booking system.
Is this a recommended treatment for those who want to avoid dermal filler?
Yes and the reasoning behind this is that it does not add any volume, contour or added shape to the face in any way. However, it is recommended to speak with your nurse about your dermal filler concerns as it may be beneficial for you.
Does it hurt?
The perception of pain is different from person to person. Whilst this is a relatively quick treatment, it can cause some discomfort that is short lived. A strong, topical numbing cream will be applied to the injection areas prior to treatment to increase your comfort. Ice and distraction tools are often used in treatment to minimize any discomfort.
How long do results last?
Results are seen 6 weeks after your second treatment and benefits can be experienced for 6-12 months. If results are underwhelming, a third treatment may be required. This treatment is dependent on natural fibroblasts in the skin and its ability to produce collagen and elastin.
How many mL do I need?
Each treatment, you will receive a total of 2mL (1mL each side of the face). If you choose the recommended 2x session package, a total of 4mL will be received over 2 months. From there, 2mL (1x treatment can be received every 6-12 months)
